Refund Policy

For one-time programs, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no documents have been delivered and no sessions have taken place.

Sessions that have already occurred, digital materials or templates already delivered or accessed, and design time already used are non-refundable.

If you purchase a multi-session package and do not use all sessions, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion, as long as you request this within 30 days of purchase.

Monthly or yearly partnership plans can be cancelled at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to receive service until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle.

Missed sessions are not refundable, but I offer the ability to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Please communicate any changes as soon as possible.

If you are accidentally charged more than once for a service, contact me within 7 days. I will process a refund for the duplicate charge as soon as confirmed.

To request a refund, email admin@wandaking.online or use the Contact page. Please provide your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. I will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe. Funds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

If you believe there is an issue with billing, contact me first so I can resolve it promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in discontinuation of services.
